Each "Lives Saved Charm" has a leaf and live bullet to represent one life saved. With all of the violence and gun crime in the United States (and around the world), this is my way to voice my protest and reduce the number of bullets on the streets.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Epoxy jewelry items purchased directly from GoodGuyWithAGun are eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customized or personalized epoxy jewelry, such as items with specific names or engravings, may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Condition of Items:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, epoxy jewelry items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
- Ensure that all original tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories are included.

Return/Exchange Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at goodguywithagun.activist@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service representative will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
- Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you promptly.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

- For hygienic reasons, earrings or other pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
